How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days after design approval and payment.
(Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.)
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit/payment is required before production begins. Orders will not be started until payment is received and all design details are approved.
Can I see my design before it is printed?
Absolutely! A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins. Please carefully review spelling, colors, sizes, and design placement before approving.
Custom Designs
Can you create a design for me if I don't have one?
Yes! We offer custom design services to help turn your ideas into a finished product. Share your vision, theme, colors, and any inspiration you have, and we’ll create something unique for you.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes! You can upload your logo, artwork, or design. For the best quality, we recommend high-resolution files such as PNG, SVG, or PDF formats.
What type of printing do you offer?
We offer high-quality custom apparel printing options based on your design, quantity, and garment choice. We’ll help recommend the best option to achieve the look and durability you want.

What brands of shirts do you use?
Our standard apparel option is primarily Gildan, known for durability and affordability. We also offer Bella+Canvas options upon request for customers who prefer a softer, lightweight, premium feel.

Do shirts run true to size?

Can I cancel or change my order after approval?
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations cannot be made once production has started.
What if there is a mistake with my order?
We take pride in quality and accuracy. If there is an error due to our production process, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Do colors look exactly like they appear on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your device settings and screen brightness. We do our best to match colors as closely as possible.
